About the role:
We are seeking an eager Warehouse Support Associate to support our Condell Park team with day‑to‑day warehouse and dispatch operations. This includes forklift operation, documentation and system processing, and coordination with transport providers and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and on‑time deliveries.
Your new role will include:
- Operate forklifts safely to support warehouse, yard, and dispatch activities
- Complete pre-start checks and maintains safety and compliance standards
- Prepare and process dispatch, POD, CHEP, and delivery documentation in SAP and Dynamics
- Maintain load summaries and coordinate with transport providers and internal teams
- Liaise with Customer Fulfilment on picklists, delivery changes, and delays
- Support stock movements, short stock requirements, and system queries
- Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with NHVR, NHVL, and Chain of Responsibility requirements
About you:
- Completed Year 10 School Certificate or similar
- Advanced numeric skills
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Suite; Experience in SAP is advantageous
- Driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- High attention to detail and timely processing of work requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
