St John WA is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, based at the head office in Belmont. The role focuses on providing financial, clerical and administrative services to reconcile invoices from Aged Ambulance and Corporate accounts.
The successful candidate will review debtor accounts, perform reconciliations, process refunds, transfer funds, and maintain the accounts database. Solid attention to detail and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
