Fox & Lillie operates two core businesses in wool. Fox & Lillie is the company's wool trading and export business, and Fox & Lillie Rural is the company's rural services business. Combined we employ over 120 people throughout the two businesses with over 16 regional wool stores located throughout NSW and Victoria.

About the Role

n

We are looking for a Store Person and Truck Driver to work at GOORNONG - Victoria Wool Store where we have a strong, small team.

n

This is a full-time position though we would consider a part time for a Truck & Forklift operator.

n

The work week is Monday to Friday working across the hours of 07.30am - 4:30pm.

n

The role involves:

n

Forklift Operation - unloading and loading Wool Bales of trucks

n

Wool Handling - heavy bales

n

Wool Pressing

n

General wool store operations including pressing and marking of wool bales

n

Daily accurate receivals, testing, record keeping and shipping of wool

n





Helping out where required with the Wool Store

n

Truck Driving (approximately 50%) - automatic medium rigid truck: loading Wool Bales on farm properties and freighting back to Goornong store

About you

n

Our ideal candidate will have:

n

Can-do attitude and team player

n

Physically fit and able to complete a pre-employment medical

n

Current and valid Truck Drivers (MR) Licence and Forklift Licence with experience on both

n

Punctual, on time and reliable

n

Attention to detail and willingness to learn

n

Desire to join a small team and be a positive contributor to the work environment

n

Demonstrated ability to follow best practice handling processes and adhere to all company Work Health and Safety procedures.

n

Wool classing or Wool handling experience advantageous

n

Must have Australian Work Rights for ongoing employment
