Day-to-Day Responsibilities
n

- Full‐time therapists see 5–6 clients per day.
n
- Client visits are limited to a manageable radius of your home base.
n
- Administrative tasks—initial assessment booking, follow‐up scheduling, invoicing—handled by a dedicated team.
n
- Write reports from home or use the practice's central co‐working hub.
n
n
Support and Development
n
n
- 4‐week structured induction: observation of OTs, physios, admin and finance.
n
- Gradual schedule build‐up to ensure a comfortable transition.
n
- Monthly team days: fully paid non‐clinical day for career development, team building and catered lunch.
n
n
Requirements
n
n
- Full AHPRA registration.
n
- Physiotherapy degree.
n
- Full working rights in Australia.
n
- Valid driver's licence.
n
n
