We are currently seeking experienced Process Workers to join our team at LLS AUS GROUP in Bibra Lake on a temporary basis. As a Process Worker, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and timely production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures
n
- Perform quality checks and inspections on products to ensure they meet company standards
n
- Package and label finished products accurately and efficiently
n
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company policies and procedures
n
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
n
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately
n
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth production processes
n
- Meet production targets and deadlines as set by management
n
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and code of conduct
n

Requirements
n
n
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
n
- Ability to operate and monitor production machinery
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks and inspections
n
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
n
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
n
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
n
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed
n
