About the Role

n

This Senior Advisor role is a key opportunity to shape and mature workforce reporting and analytics capability within a large, purpose-driven organisation. Sitting within People & Culture, you will lead the development of reporting frameworks, uplift data maturity, and deliver meaningful insights that support workforce strategy and organisational performance.

n

You'll move beyond simply producing reports, interpreting workforce data, identifying trends, and providing clear, commercially relevant recommendations to support better decision-making at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver workforce dashboards, reporting and insights
n
- Build and standardise reporting frameworks, metrics and definitions
n
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
n
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and priorities
n
- Present clear, actionable insights to leaders and support decision‐making
n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience in people analytics,



HR reporting or workforce insights
n
- Solid skills in Power BI, Excel and working with HRIS data
n
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, simple insights
n
- Hands‐on approach with strong stakeholder engagement capability
n
- Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and recommendations
n
