About the role

McCosker are inviting applications for an experiencedTruck Mechanic to join our team in Gladstone.
n
In this role you'll be responsible for maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet of small to medium trucks, with opportunities to expand your skillset across our heavy earthmoving equipment, auxiliary plant, and light vehicles.
n

To be considered for this role you will have:
n
n
- Current C class Queensland licence (minimum), HR Licence or above is desirable
n
- Knowledge with Mack, Isuzu, Hino trucks, floats and trailers.
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
n
- Confidence in identifying and communicating defects
n
- A proven track record of accurate, high-quality workmanship
n
- Self-Motivation and the ability to work autonomously
n
- Robust safety focus
n
- Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical including functional assessment and drug and alcohol screening.
