About the Role

The EUC (End User Compute) Site Services Specialist is a vital onsite and field support role responsible for delivering timely and effective technical support at EDG locations, including deployment, maintenance, and support of all EGL IT equipment.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level EUC support via in-person, phone, tickets, and email.
n
- LCM onsite hardware deployment: set up and support POS, computers, printers, and peripheral devices at supported EDG locations.
n
- Conduct R&M; site audits to confirm installation and condition status of all IT equipment.
n
- Manage and resolve support tickets within the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs.
n
- Deliver customer service with patience, empathy, and a can‐do attitude to technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
n
- Conduct daily audits of meeting room technologies to ensure they are meeting‐ready and provide real‐time troubleshooting.
n
- Maintain rigorous asset and configuration management records.
n
- Perform routine maintenance on Endeavour technology and coordinate with 3rd‐party vendors for warranty repairs.
n
- Develop and maintain procedural documentation and user guides, and conduct staff training sessions.
n

Required Qualifications

n

n




- Proven experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Endpoint Management.
n
- Solid background in installing and troubleshooting diverse computer hardware and meeting room AV technologies.
n
- Excellent analytical skills and a genuine passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
n
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical jargon into user‐friendly explanations.
n
- Fast learner, eager to expand skillset and take on new technologies.
n

- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Meraki dashboard.
n
- Experience managing iOS/Android apps and mobile devices.
n
- Understanding of Intune, Google MDM, JAMF, and Google Workspace suite.
n
- Friendly, easygoing personality, thrives in a collaborative team environment.
