Lead service that creates chance by:

- Developand implement new programs and services to recent and existing clients
- Leadand development high performing teams to ensure efficient delivery of arange of person centred programs and services
- Overseeingservice delivery, innovation and new business opportunities to strengthenoutcomes.
- Buildingstrong partnerships with families and community stakeholders.
- Ensuringaccurate and timely intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes.
- Upholdingcompliance in safeguarding, WHS, incident management and audits.

Why we want you:

- Tertiaryqualification, minimum Certificate IV in Community Services
- 3+years experience in a leadership role, ideally across disability services.
- Strongcommercial mindset with experience managing P&Ls;, reporting andperformance outcomes.
- Provenability to lead teams through growth, change and continuous improvement.
