- Due to ongoing business growth, we have vacancies now available for askilled and enthusiastic Electronics Technician to join our dedicated team, requiring a keen eye for detail in the assembly of our Power Distribution Panels.
- Assemble components onto PCB’s and run through Solder machine following instructions and diagrams.
- Execute tasks with a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest level of quality in our products.
- Utilise soldering skills when required in the assembly process.
- Test different electronic components and circuit boards used in production.
- Safely handle and maintain tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Help manage inventory levels of components and materials to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Creation and editing of circuit drawings.
- Conduct soldering and wiring tasks on components and PCB’s.
- Creation and editing of programs for PCB soldering machine.
- Perform functional tests and inspections to ensure proper operation.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and quality checks.
- Work closely with our assembly team to achieve production goals efficiently.
- Maintain a clean,
organised, and safe work environment.
- Inspect electronic and mechanical components for quality and conformity.
- Undertake final assembly of Power Distribution Panels.
Qualifications
- A good understanding of PCB assembly.
- An excellent understanding of Circuit drawings
- A good understanding of soldering and the use of CNC soldering machines.
- Ability to read drawings
- A valuable understanding of Altuim and AutoCAD software packages
- Self-motivated, reliable and punctual
- Take pride in their work
- Work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Willing to work overtime
