n Salary: As per Victorian public nursing and midwifery EBA
n Location: Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg

Responsibilities
n
n
- Work across a variety of maternity and specialist areas, including Birth Suites, Post‐Natal / Antenatal wards, Fetal Monitoring, Outpatients, HDU, and the Emergency Department
n
- Play an integral role in a motivated clinical team with a family‐centered care approach
n
- Provide best‐practice patient care as a member of the multidisciplinary team
n
- Participate in education support and teamwork activities to enhance clinical practice
n
- Handle shifts in a rotating roster, ensuring continuity of care across all maternity settings
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in maternity services as a registered midwife
n
- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills with the ability to adapt and problem‐solve
n
- Compassionate,
flexible and positive approach to patient care and management
n
- Ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a cooperative team environment
n
- Current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check, or in the process of obtaining them
n
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders
n
n
