Enrolled Nurse – Community | Southern Suburbs

We're currently seeking Enrolled Nurses based in or willing to work across Adelaide's Southern Suburbs to join our growing Community Care team.

About The Role

n

You'll be providing care to clients in their homes across the Southern Suburbs, working independently while remaining well-supported by our team.

n

- Medication administration, and wound management, clinical assessments and personal care
n
- Building real connections with the people you care for
n
- Supporting health needs with confidence, knowledge,



and empathy
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Confident, independent, and clinically capable
n
- Excellent communicators, both written and verbal
n
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, care
n
- Comfortable working in community
n

n

You'll Need

n

n
- A current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
n
- Diploma of Nursing qualification
n
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
n
- National Police Clearance
n
- Unrestricted South Australian Driver's License
n
- Working with Children and NDIS clearances
n
- Valid manual handling, first aid, and CPR certificates
n
- Proof of COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
n
