Your Role:

- Provide knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products

- Build relationships with customers, offering warm, genuine service

- Keep the store organised and shelves well‐stocked (some heavy lifting required)

- Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
n
- Work as part of a supportive, team‐focused environment
