The Opportunity

You will play a key role in mentoring and empowering your team, cultivating a reflective and purposeful culture where educators feel valued and inspired.
n As the face of the centre, your ability to build trusting relationships, lead with intention, and introduce meaningful practices will be essential.

The Ideal Applicant
n
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Centre Manager within a long day care setting. You will bring a strong understanding of early childhood frameworks alongside a genuine commitment to high-quality, child-focused education.
n
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
n
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
n
- Passion for guiding both children and educators in a respectful, collaborative way
n
- Applicants must hold valid Australian working rights. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
