You won’t be sitting on the sidelines. From day one, you’ll be involved in real client conversations, strategic advice and ongoing relationship management.

Location & Flexibility

Based in Sydney, with occasional visits to our Parramatta office (around two days each month), with the flexibility to also be based from Parramatta.

Flexible hybrid working arrangements, including two in-office days per week.

The Role

As a Financial Adviser, you’ll work with existing and prospective clients to understand their goals, develop tailored financial strategies and deliver high-quality advice that makes a genuine difference.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Build trusted, long-term client relationships
- Develop and present quality financial advice

- Be involved in the complete advice process from strategy through to implementation

About You

We’re looking for someone with strong foundations, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed.

You’ll have:

- Completed your Skilled Year (PY)
- Current FAR registration
- Relevant qualifications that meet adviser standards
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes
- A growth mindset and a willingness to learn
- Professionalism, initiative and attention to detail
- Ambition to build a successful career in financial advice
