The Role

n

Social Media & Digital

n

n
- Owning and managing all social media and email marketing activity from planning through to posting
n
- Briefing and collaborating with external agencies to drive paid performance across Meta and Google




n
- Building and growing influencer and brand ambassador partnerships
n
- Rolling out fun, engaging competitions and brand collaborations
n
- Supporting retail partners with digital content when needed
n

Content Creation

n

n
- Coordinating photoshoots and content production
n
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners on campaigns and assets
n

n

Performance & Reporting

n

n
- Keeping a close eye on performance across social and digital channels
n
- Managing budgets with a strong focus on ROI
n
- Turning insights into smarter, better-performing campaigns
n
- Playing a key role in growing and strengthening the brand presence
n

- Experienced in social media and digital marketing
n
- A natural content creator with a solid feel for trends
n
- Commercially minded and results-driven
n
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects
