This Role:
n
Location: Opportunities are available across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia, with placements aligned to business and project needs.
n
Commencing in February 2027, as a Development Graduate, throughout your two years, you will rotate through Stockland's Development departments to gain a broad overview of the function and its responsibility in ensuring the organisation's success.
n
You will have three 8-month rotations that will provide you with the exposure needed to decide where you would like to take the next step in your career after the Graduate Program finishes.*
n
Rotations are subject to change.
n
Responsibilities are varied; however, you'll support the team to:
n
n
- Contribute to the project scope, design and delivery to achieve the project vision.
n
- Provide support to ensure program, revenue and cost objectives are met.
n
- Support the delivery of programs to ensure forecast settlements are achieved.
n
- Monitor market and competitor activity to help maintain a competitive position.
n
- Participate in a team approach to maximise profitability, information exchange and business outcomes.
n
- Drive strong engagement with key stakeholder groups, including consultants, contractors and community groups, to achieve required outcomes in a way that enhances Stockland's image and reputation.
n

What we're looking for:
n
n
- Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia or New Zealand.
n
- Completed a degree within 24 months of the program start date in February 2027.
n

- People who are inspired, motivated, passionate, respectful of others and keen to make a meaningful impact through their work.

- Graduates completing a degree in Property, Property Economics, Town Planning, Construction Management, Business, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline, with a strong interest in property development and creating thriving communities.
