Cook or Chef – South Australia

Salary Range: $70,108.37 to $85,000 + Super.

We're on the hunt for a passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in creating memorable dining experiences that excite and delight our guests.

A Day In The Life Of a Chef

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that "WOW" our guests
n
- Contribute positively to our culture which is centred around safety and hygiene, keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do
n
- Maintain a consistent standard of high quality and well presented dishes that align with the ALH standard
n

About You

n

- Great experience working in a fast paced kitchen and hold necessary trade cooking qualifications
n




- Understanding that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion, precision and productivity
n
- Strong organisation and communication skills to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team
n
- You'll be yourself and come as you are – ALH is known for its people

- This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
