This role full time and consistent — regular hours, a stable pipeline of work, and no chasing jobs or slow patches. We back that up with two formal pay reviews every year — performers can grow their rate by up to 10% annually. If you're good, your pay will reflect it.

THE ROLE

n

Sheet Membrane Installer

n

You'll work alongside our most experienced sheet membrane installers on complex residential projects. Experience with PVC membrane or Ardex WPM Weldtech membranes essential

n

Further training covers Wolfin, Ardex Weldtech and Fatra systems — keeping your skills current and sharp.

n

This role is based across high-end residential sites in the Eastern Suburbs,



North Shore and Sutherland Shire.

YOUR DAILY DUTIES

n

n
- Full membrane installation from substrate preparation to final inspection
n
- Liaising directly with clients and builders on job requirements
n
- Organising and managing materials on site
n
- Maintaining an installation standard that reflects well on you and the team
n

n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

n

n
- Tradesman-level applicator in sheet membrane (must be able to install membrane independently to a high level)
n
- Takes pride in a clean, compliant, quality finish
n
- Comfortable working on high-end residential sites
n
- Can-do attitude with solid communication skills
n

WHAT YOU'LL GET

- $42–$48/hr based on experience (discussed at interview) + super + overtime rates
n
- Earn $120,000–$135,000+ per year including overtime
n
- Two scheduled pay reviews per year — wages can increase by up to 10% annually based on performance
n
- Toyota HiLux company car with fuel card and tolls covered
