Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have experience in a retail workplace? We are looking for a friendly and engaging Retail Shop Assistant to join our team at Zing Zing - The Fresh Food King in Kangaroo Flat, VIC.

This is a CASUAL role:
n
Typically offering 20-30 hours per week.
n
What you'll be doing
n
Providing a warm and welcoming experience for all customers
n
Assisting customers with product selection and ensuring their needs are met
n
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store
n
Restocking shelves and fridges as required
n
Handling cash and operating the point of sale system
n
End of day cleaning
n
Supporting the team with other ad-hoc tasks as needed
n
What we're looking for
n
Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role
n
Minimum of 1 year retail experience required
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
n
A friendly, positive and proactive attitude
n
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
FLEXIBILIY to work a range of shifts including:
n
opening the store
n
closing the store
n
ONE WEEKEND DAY PER WEEK
n
Public holidays.
