The Role
n
In this role, you'll provide high-quality administrative and file management support across our wills, estate planning and estate administration practices. Relying heavily on our technological aids (practice management system, precedents, online platforms), you'll play a key part in keeping matters progressing smoothly while ensuring clients feel supported.
n
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Maribyrnong, suited to someone who enjoys ownership of their work, takes pride in well-run digital files, values process improvement and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
n
You'll assist with a broad range of wills, estate planning and estate administration matters, and be responsible for:
n
n
- Client enquiries, intake and ongoing communication
n
- File preparation, document management and digital workflows
n
- Coordinating appointments, follow-ups and document execution
n
- Supporting estate administration and probate matters under supervision
n
- Liaising with beneficiaries, institutions and other stakeholders
n
- General practice and reception support as part of a shared team approach
n
n
About You
n
n
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment, with wills and estates experience highly regarded
n
- Strong technological capability is essential. You are confident working in a fully digital practice, quickly learn new systems, and use technology to keep matters organised and moving
n
- Comfortable using practice management systems, document automation, electronic filing and digital communication tools
n
- Interested in contributing to process improvement and efficient ways of working
n
- Professional, approachable and client-focused
n
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
n
- Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
n
- Calm, reliable and solutions-focused under pressure
n
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues
n
