Opportunity

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be a key member of the Maintenance & Reliability team, ensuring plant reliability and production efficiency on a rotating day/night roster (7‐day fortnight).
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Conduct machinery inspections, adjustments and repairs.
n
- Troubleshoot process and equipment failures to determine root causes.
n
- Drive preventative and ongoing maintenance programs.
n
- Support Engineering & Production teams in continuous improvements.
n
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend process enhancements.
n
- Supervise TA's and contract staff, ensuring compliance with standards.
n
- Manufacture, repair and fault‐find hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
- Trade Certificate (Mechanical Fitter) – Essential.
n
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics – Highly regarded.
n
- Exposure to FMCG, food processing or red meat industry – Preferred.
n
- Experience with vacuum packaging equipment – Advantageous.
n
- Strong knowledge of OHS compliance and confined space requirements.
n
- Ability to fabricate & weld – Advantageous.
n
