Job Description

As a Sales Assistant at our Wagga Wagga store, you'll play an important role in creating memorable customer experiences and supporting the store's ongoing success.

We are seeking a full-time or part time team member for a varied roster, including weekdays, some weekends and public holidays. For the right candidate, there is flexibility to negotiate work hours.

At Snooze, you will

- Build rapport and establish relationships with customers
n
- Provide customers with expert sleep solutions
n
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect Snooze's brand
n
- Merchandise bedrooms, lift stock, operate computers, and walk the floor
n
- Champion store presentation and operational standards
n

n

You already come with the following

n

n
- Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred, but not essential
n
- Natural relationship-building skills
n
- Positive attitude, energy, and the ability to inspire others
n




- Collaborate with your team to hit targets and achieve store goals
n
- Physically able to walk the floor and safely lift or move stock when required
n
- Adept with computer skills (experience with Pronto an advantage)
