Ballarat & District Aboriginal Co-operative (BADAC) invites applications for a Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) Case Manager to join the Cultural & Therapeutic Support Program on a Full Time Fixed Term Contract until June 2028.

The role focuses on culturally protected, trauma-informed outreach to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people experiencing chronic homelessness, delivering intensive case management over up to three years with a small caseload.
