The role is located in either Sydney or Melbourne.

Your Mission

n

As a Principal Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic cloud solutions that redefine what's possible. Reporting to the Services Business Leader, you'll lead high-impact engagements, mentor top-tier talent, and influence C-level stakeholders across industries.

n

What You'll Own

n

n
- Lead strategic cloud engagements with global and regional impact.
n
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, driving cloud adoption, Gen AI integration, and DevOps transformation.
n
- Influence at scale—1:many—through thought leadership, technical depth, and business acumen.
n
- Solve complex challenges in security-conscious, regulated environments.
n
- Drive C-level conversations and shape long-term cloud strategies.
n

Leadership & Team Building

n

- Inspire and lead high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring,



and strategic guidance.
n
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
n
- Identify and develop emerging talent within the organization.
n
- Partner with executive leadership to shape team structure and capability growth.
n

n

Knowledge Sharing & Community Impact

n

n
- Create and refine internal playbooks, best practices, and reusable assets.
n
- Lead enablement programs for internal teams and clients.
n
- Speak at industry events, contribute to white papers, and represent Amdocs Studios in the global cloud community.
n
- Drive systemic learning and knowledge capture across projects.
n
- Evangelize our brand and offerings through thought leadership and public speaking.
n
- Identify new market opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies.
n
- Lead global-scale work plans aligned with evolving client needs.
n

What You Bring

n

n
- 10+ years of enterprise IT consulting or professional services experience (Telco or FSI preferred).
n
- Proven leadership in delivering large-scale, secure, high-availability cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
n
- Deep technical expertise in cloud architecture, DevOps, and automation (Terraform, CI/CD, scripting).
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-level influence.
n
- Experience in regulated industries with a strong understanding of public cloud security principles.
n
- Recognized thought leader with a track record of speaking at industry events and publishing insights.
n
- Agile delivery experience and the ability to lead geographically dispersed teams.
