Daniel’s Donuts is seeking a Head of HR to lead our people function across manufacturing, retail and wholesale. You’ll report to the CEO and sit on the Executive Leadership Team, turning business strategy into practical, costed people plans that drive growth and efficiency.
You’ll embed robust performance culture, lead a capable HR team, and partner with leaders to develop capability while strengthening HR systems, data and governance to support our ERP rollout and future success.
