Overview

We are seeking a strategic and driven Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. This role focuses on supporting our internal corporate functions and our expanding UK business.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide accurate, timely financial reports, models, and analysis to business leaders.
n
- Partner with the business to offer analytical advice and support on financial management issues.
n
- Develop and deliver commercial solutions aligned with corporate financial targets.
n
- Assist in preparing strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts, offering insights and advice.
n
- Collaborate on the corporate business plan and monitor key results through reporting and forecasting.
n
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and financial modeling.
n
- Identify opportunities for performance improvements in systems and processes.
n

Minimum Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
n
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA are preferred.
n




- 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.
n
- Experience in a business partnering role within a medium to large ASX-listed company, preferably in B2B SaaS.
n
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
n
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (Excel, ERP systems).
n
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach and stakeholder influence skills.
n
