We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Care Consultant to join our team at our Scoresby Trade Store.

Providing an excellent customer service experience; your friendly communication manner, customer first attitude and familiarity with inventory management will be key to your success in this role.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Deliver a warm face-to-face customer service experience
n
- Assist customers with product selection through offering product knowledge
n
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products that give the best retail experience possible
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented shopfloor environment
n
- Assist with merchandising and inventory control
n
- Safely handle and move stock in accordance with workplace safety guidelines
n

- Previous experience in retail, trade, customer service, or a similar customer-facing environment
n
