Argyle Gardens Retirement Village in Bundaberg, operated by BlueCare, is hiring a Head Gardener to lead a grounds team. The role offers permanent full time employment with a remuneration of $33.73 p/hr plus 12% Super and access to Not for Profit Salary Packaging Benefits, plus staff discounts.

You’ll oversee maintenance of lawns, gardens and grounds, manage a budget, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, pleasant environment for residents and visitors.
