Sonder Executive has partnered with a well-established manufacturing business on the Gold Coast to recruit a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor. You will lead a small team, oversee preventative and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and drive reliability across production operations.
You will coordinate maintenance activities across production equipment, utilities, and site infrastructure, plan programs to minimise downtime, and manage spare parts, contractors, and safety
