Overview
n
We are seeking a passionate and proactive People & Culture Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. This role supports the full spectrum of employee experience, with a strong focus on engagement, wellbeing, onboarding, and performance support. You will collaborate across the organisation to ensure our people practices reflect our values and enhance our employee experience.

Responsibilities
n
n
- Design and deliver initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and belonging
n
- Coordinate and continuously improve onboarding, offboarding, and milestone experiences (e.g., anniversaries, promotions)
n
- Partner with Director People & Culture to track and act on feedback from engagement surveys and employee check-ins
n
- Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and line managers on policies, procedures, and best practices
n
- Guide line managers through performance management, employee relations, and case management
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create consistent, high-quality people experiences aligned with our values and culture
n
- Support internal communications and culture initiatives (e.g., events, recognition programs, DEI efforts)
n
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with legal and organisational requirements
n
- Assist with policy rollout, internal campaigns, and continuous improvement of people-related processes
n
- Prepare reports, data analysis,
and insights to support decision-making
n
- Support learning and development initiatives and cyclical HR programs
n
- Support fortnightly payroll activities
n
n
About You
n
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
n
- 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar, ideally in a fast-paced or values-led environment
n
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and people operations
n
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
n
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
n
