We're looking for someone who shares our values, has a strong work ethic and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.As our Warehouse & Customer Service Assistant, the majority of your time will be spent supporting our warehouse and eCommerce operations, including order fulfilment, garment preparation, inventory management and maintaining our high operational standards.

You'll also provide support in our showroom, assisting customers and helping deliver the premium shopping experience Bae The Label is known for.

About the Role

n

Warehouse Operations

n

Pick, pack and dispatch online customer orders accurately and efficiently.

n

Receive incoming deliveries and check stock against packing documentation.

n

Steam, inspect, fold, tag and repackage return garments ready for sale.

n

Conduct quality control checks to ensure every garment meets Bae The Label's standards.

n

Replenish warehouse stock locations and maintain organised inventory storage.

n

Assist with stocktakes and inventory reconciliation.

n

Process customer returns and exchanges.





n

Prepare stock for new collection launches, photoshoots, promotional campaigns and warehouse sales.

n

Create courier consignments and prepare daily freight collections.

n

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and presentation.

n

Assist with general warehouse duties and operational projects as required.

n

Retail Showroom

n

Welcome customers into the showroom and provide a premium shopping experience.

n

Assist customers with styling advice, product information and sizing recommendations.

n

Process retail sales through the point-of-sale system.

n

Prepare fitting rooms and assist customers during appointments.

n

Replenish showroom stock throughout the day.

n

Steam and present garments to ensure the showroom is always beautifully merchandised.

n

Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.

n

Assist during collection launches, promotions and special events.

n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who:

Is reliable, punctual, and hardworking

n

Has strong attention to detail

n

Is physically capable of standing, packing and moving stock

n

Works well independently and within a team

n

Previous retail or warehouse experience is preferred

n

Is proactive, reliable and punctual.

n

Works well independently while also being a supportive team member.
