n At VetPartners, we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics. This role features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the office to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement.
n We are seeking a commercially minded and analytically driven Data Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) team. In this critical role, you will support departments across the VetPartners network by designing dashboards, interpreting business data, and delivering insights that drive operational and strategic decisions.
n Reporting to the General Manager – FP&A;, you'll play a key role in identifying performance trends, uncovering opportunities for improvement, and supporting leadership with accurate, timely, and actionable insights. Your work will span data collection, organisation and interpretation, with a strong focus on transforming raw data into clear business narratives.
n This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data, decision-making, and purpose—supporting veterinary professionals to deliver care that makes a difference every day.
n Key Responsibilities

- Design and manage reporting that visualises key metrics across departments
n
- Partner with stakeholders to collect, organise and analyse operational and financial data
n
- Develop forecasting models and scenario plans to support strategic decisions
n
- Provide clear and actionable insights to leaders across all functions
n
- Automate and streamline reporting to improve accessibility and reduce manual work
n
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data processes
n

Skills, Attributes, And Experiencenn
- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, FP&A; Analyst, or Data Analyst
n
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
n
- Experience working with large datasets
n




- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to diverse audiences
n
- High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for data
n
