THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing and growing your own portfolio within the government and public-sector market.

You'll work across a range of roles, clients and levels, partnering with hiring managers to understand not just what they need, but why they need it.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with government and public-sector hiring managers
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes - Temp, Contract and Permanent
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality active and passive candidates
- Becoming a trusted market adviser within your specialist area
- Developing talent pools and market intelligence
- Managing candidate and client expectations throughout the recruitment process
- Representing Kingston Human Capital in the market and building your personal profile
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of our Government & Public Sector team

- A proven track record in agency recruitment
- Strong business development and relationship-management capability
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- The ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders
- A consultative approach rather than a transactional recruitment mindset
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in the government and public-sector market

Previous Government recruitment experience is highly desirable, especially across

- Accounting & Finance
- Marketing & Communications
- Human Resources, L&D;, WHS & Recruitment
- Procurement & Supply Chain
- Policy & Strategy
- Assessment Centres & Volume
