Job Description

Metricon Homes, Australia's largest home builder, is seeking a Service and Warranty Coordinator in Geelong. This rapid-paced role manages service and warranty claims from customers who have settled in their Metricon homes, providing timely administration and empathetic support.

Reporting to the Service and Warranty Manager, you will process requests, support inspectors, manage emails and calls, and handle invoices with accuracy while building knowledge of plans and contracts.
