About the Role
n
An exciting opportunity exists for a Physiotherapist to join a growing multidisciplinary team servicing clients across Joondalup and Ellenbrook. This position offers a combination of clinic-based and community-based work, supporting paediatric and adult clients with a broad range of disabilities and developmental needs.
n
Working closely with other Allied Health professionals, you will provide high-quality assessments, interventions, and ongoing support tailored to each client's individual goals.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
n
- Develop, implement, and review individualised treatment plans
n
- Monitor client progress and modify intervention strategies as required
n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
n
- Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary meetings
n
- Contribute to assessment, treatment, and discharge planning
n
- Liaise effectively with clients, families, carers, support coordinators, and other stakeholders
n
- Deliver services in an ethical, professional, and accountable manner
n
n
About You
n
n
- A Degree in Physiotherapy
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Previous experience working in a similar role
n
- Experience working with paediatric clients and/or individuals living with disabilities
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
- Current National Police Clearance
n
- Current Working with Children Check
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
n
