ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Piling Project Manager with 8+ years of hands-on experience in CFA, Bored, Driven, and Diaphragm Walls for large-scale projects in Melbourne.

- Extensive background in piling, with expertise across a wide range of foundation techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in modern piling methods and ground engineering.
- Skilled in preparing engineering documentation, site reports, and technical records.
- Strong team player with proven ability to lead, coordinate, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with engineers, foremen, and supervisors to ensure project plans are implemented accurately.
- Confirm that all construction activities meet project specifications, quality requirements, and industry standards.
- Oversee the installation of temporary works, ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Develop and update short-term programs to support efficient project execution.
- Prepare method statements and risk assessments as required.
- Monitor,
record, and report on variations and additional works for inclusion in monthly valuations.
- Maintain a comprehensive site diary with accurate and timely records of daily project activities.
- Ensure all project reports and documentation are properly organized and securely archived.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 8 years' postgraduate experience in civil engineering.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in civil engineering.
- Previous experience within the Australian or New Zealand construction industry.
- Strong technical background in self-performing piling and ground engineering.
- In-depth understanding and proven application of civil engineering principles.
