About the Role

n

As the face of the business, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales performance across tyres, wheels, servicing, and repairs.

n

Your Day Will Include

n

n
- Providing expert advice on tyres, servicing, repairs, and vehicle maintenance
n
- Building long-term customer relationships through trust and service excellence
n
- Managing front counter and phone enquiries with professionalism and confidence
n
- Driving sales through effective upselling and cross-selling opportunities
n




- Preparing quotes, invoices, bookings, and customer follow-ups
n
- Coordinating workflow between customers and workshop technicians
n
- Helping maintain a smooth, efficient, and high-performing store environment
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience in the Automotive/ Tyre industry essential.
n
- Solid sales and customer service skills
n
- Confidence using POS and computer systems (Marlin experience highly regarded)
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/workshop environment
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Availability to work Saturdays
n
