von Bibra Robina are now seeking a Credits Claims Officer to join their Robina Parts Warehouse team on a full-time basis working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 3.36pm with the occasional Saturday shift.

Key Responsibilities include:

Processing customer credit returns

Ensuring Manufacturer and Transit claims are processed within the delegated timeframes.

Assist with inventory stocktakes.

General housekeeping throughout the department.

Assist the parts team with various admin and warehouse duties as required.

Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner and work to deadlines.

The ability to work in a team environment with a can-do attitude.

Excellent attention to detail with minimal errors





An honest and reliable work ethic

The ability to demonstrate initiative.

Ability to adapt and learn new procedures and software packages.

A fast learner and the ability to pick up new skills.

Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with legal work rights.

Due to the demands of this role, you will be required to undertake manual handling activities, including the regular lifting of parts, in accordance with protected work practices.

A National Police Check will be required for this position and you must be willing to undergo Drug and Alcohol Testing throughout your employment.
