Base pay range

n

A$80,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr

The Opportunity

n

You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio with full administration, business development, and team support—freeing you up to build strong relationships and deliver top-tier service from Rye to Safety Beach.

n

What You'll Be Working On

n

- Build strong relationships with rental providers, renters, and contractors
n
- Conduct inspections, rent reviews, and manage maintenance
n
- Ensure compliance and keep systems running smoothly
n
- Lead by example and help improve our service delivery and operations
n

What Experience/Skills You'll Have

n
- Proven experience in residential property management
n
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
n
- A natural leader
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Knowledge or love of the local area
n
- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
n
