We're looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support operational teams throughout Queensland. You'll become a trusted partner to frontline leaders, delivering practical learning solutions that strengthen capability, improve customer experience and support business performance.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Working alongside Operations Managers and the national Learning & Development team, you'll play a key role in developing capable, confident teams.
n
- Your days will include:
n
- Delivering engaging onboarding programs for new employees.
n
- Facilitating workshops covering customer experience, sales, operational procedures and business systems.
n
- Coaching frontline employees and leaders to build capability and confidence.
n
- Identifying performance trends and developing practical learning solutions.
n
- Partnering with operational leaders to improve business outcomes through learning.
n
- Developing and updating training resources, facilitator guides and online learning content.
n
- Coordinating learning schedules, reporting, attendance tracking and learning systems.
n
- Supporting the ongoing development of digital learning programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
n
Who We're Looking For
n
You may already be working in Learning & Development or perhaps you've built your career within Human Resources and discovered a passion for developing people.
n
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in operational environments and believes excellent learning should be practical, engaging and memorable.
n
You'll bring:
n
You'll Bring
n
n
- 2-3 years' experience within Learning & Development or HR with learning exposure.
n
- Prior experience within the tourism, hospitality, travel, aviation, accommodation or similar customer-facing multi-site service environment where developing frontline teams is central to business success.
n
- Confidence facilitating workshops, training sessions and group presentations.
n
- Strong coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- Excellent organisation and administration capabilities.
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed workforce.
n
- Experience using Learning Management Systems such as Workday Learning, 360Learning or similar is highly regarded.
n
- Candidates from hospitality, tourism, aviation, retail, customer service or other operational environments are encouraged to apply.
