Reporting to the Senior Designer, this role is all about shaping the SHEIKE product offering across apparel and non-apparel categories. You'll blend creativity, technical skill, and trend insight to design collections that are both innovative and commercially successful.

Full-time position based at our St Peters office.

A Day in the Life

n

You'll be at the heart of the design process—turning inspiration into sketches, tech packs, and finished garments. Your key responsibilities will include:

n

- Collaborating with the Senior and Lead Designers to conceptualise seasonal collections
n
- Creating original sketches, CAD flats, and tech packs with detailed garment specifications
n
- Supporting the selection of fabrics, trims, prints, and other materials
n
- Ensuring collections meet critical path timelines, design direction, and commercial objectives
n
- Partnering with Production Development to manage pre-production approvals, fittings, and quality standards
n
- Using market insights and trend research to deliver designs that maximise sales and profitability
n
- Supporting the development of non-apparel lines in line with brand direction
n
- Continuously refining processes to improve efficiency, speed to market, and product quality
n

You'll bring

n

n
- Strong creative vision with a keen eye for trends, styling, and garment construction
n
- Experience creating tech packs, sketches, and CAD flats
n
- Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and design tools
n
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, managing multiple priorities with ease
n
- Ability to collaborate effectively across design, production, and merchandising teams
n
- Passion for fashion and delivering commercially successful designs
n

Your Experience

n

n
- 2+ years in a fashion design role
n
- Understanding of production processes, fabric knowledge, and garment construction
n
- Exposure to critical path timelines and collection development
n
- A tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or related field is highly desirable
n
