About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and friendly Receptionist to join our team! In this dynamic and varied role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, managing general enquiries and providing essential support across our organisation. The role is full time on a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension. Located at our Head Office in Bowen Hills, the role will be a office based across the week to ensure customer service and office responsibilities are effectively upheld.
Key Responsibilities
Providing professional reception and administration support to Head Office
Coordinating meeting and training rooms, office supplies, calendars and shared facilities
Supporting staff events, celebrations, birthdays and milestone recognition
Managing mail, deliveries, purchasing, orders and general office logistics
Coordinating staff access, visitor sign-ins, car parking and vehicle bookings
Assisting with EFTPOS transactions, reconciliations and financial administration
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming Head Office environment
Supporting effective communication and coordination of Head Office activities
Providing general administrative and operational support as required
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
A minimum of one year experience in a similar administrative position or customer service role.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
A proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to coordinate tasks effectively.
Confidence in planning, prioritising, and meeting deadlines.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using administrative systems or databases.
A current Driver’s Licence.
A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
