Our private practice located in Mudgeeraba, comprising of hand surgeons and hand therapists, provides operative and non-operative treatments for all hand injuries/conditions.Our practice has a focus on providing the highest standard of customer service and is driven to giving patients the best possible outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to build on your experience in a similar role, having previously worked as a receptionist or in an administrative role within the medical industry, and will enjoy working in a friendly environment with a focus on teamwork and good communication.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- General reception duties including meet and greet, attending to incoming phone calls and emails,
and scheduling of appointments.
n
- Processing patient accounts including private health funds, Medicare, DVA and WorkCover.
n
- General administrative duties including data entry, scanning and actioning incoming referrals and correspondence.
n
- General administrative support as required.
n
n
Experience and skills required:
n
n
- High standard of computer literacy skills.
n
- Previous experience working in a medical practice with proficiency using practice management software.
n
- Attention to detail.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Robust organisational and time management skills.
n
- Ability to show initiative and work productively within a team environment.
n
