Business Development Manager – Capital Sales (Agriculture)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead capital equipment sales across Western Australia's agricultural sector. This role is ideal for a proactive salesperson who understands the unique demands of modern farming and knows how to build strong, trust‐based relationships with growers, contractors, and dealer networks.

What you will do:

- Drive end‐to‐end capital sales across WA's key agricultural regions
n
- Grow market share through strategic account development and territory planning
n
- Engage with farmers, contractors, distributors, and industry partners
n
- Conduct product demonstrations and support customers on‐farm
n
- Identify emerging opportunities across broadacre cropping, livestock, and mixed farming
n
- Represent the company at field days, industry events, and regional roadshows
n
- Provide accurate forecasting and maintain a strong sales pipeline
n

What you bring:

- Demonstrated experience in capital equipment, machinery,



or agricultural sales
n
- Robust knowledge of WA agriculture and seasonal business cycles
n
- A proactive, self‐managed approach to regional field work
n
- Ability to communicate value, ROI, and whole‐of‐life cost to customers
n
- Confidence presenting, negotiating, and closing mid‐to‐high‐value deals
n
- A valid driver licence and willingness to travel regionally
n
- Growing national footprint with strong investment in WA
