About the Role

As our Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, supporting and developing our team, and ensuring the smooth running of our busy hospital. You'll work closely with our Lead Vet and leadership team to drive a positive workplace culture, uphold clinical standards, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support our team of veterinarians, nurses, and client care staff.
n




- Manage rostering and administrative duties.

- Oversee client experience and clinic workflow.
n
- Support financial performance, stock control, and reporting.
n
- Foster a collaborative and positive team setting.

About You

- Previous experience in veterinary, medical, or healthcare management.
n
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
n
- A positive, solutions‐focused mindset with a passion for people and pets.

- Confidence with practice management systems and business operations.
