We're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Mulgrave showroom - someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting, loves helping people, and is eager to grow. If you've worked in retail sales or hospitality, this could be your next career step.

What You'll Do:

Welcome customers and guide them through product selections that match their style and needs.

Provide quotes, follow up on enquiries, and help turn interest into successful sales.

n

Learn our product range (we'll teach you!) and become confident explaining features and benefits.

n

Deliver excellent service across all channels - face-to-face, by phone, and via email.

n

Stay organised, proactive, and energetic on the showroom floor every day.

n

Availability to work on Saturdays

n

Have experience in retail sales (e.g. fashion, cosmetics, consumer electronics, appliances, digital products) or hospitality (e.g. cafes, restaurants, customer-facing roles).

n

Enjoy helping people and creating a excellent in-store experience.

n

Are confident using digital tools like POS or CRM systems (or willing to learn).

n

Are eager to grow, learn new skills, and build a long-term career.
