The Role

- driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales targets
n
- maintaining a high level of customer service that demonstrates repeat client sales and client brand loyalty
n
- carrying out of store-operating standards
n
- maintaining company policy and procedure
n
- support the store manager to coordinate and uphold loss prevention strategies
n




- maintaining the highest level of store presentation standards
n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Minimum two years of experience as a boutique stylist with a premium or luxury brand
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service,creating a positive and engaging experience for every customer
n
- Consistently strive to meet Boutique and individual productivity targets.
n
- Assist with day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, online dispatch, merchandising, and store upkeep
n
- Strong styling skills and a deep understanding of fashion and trends
n
- Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
n
- A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop client relationships
n
- Love of fashion!
