We are looking for a product designer who can shape the experience of AI-powered IT support — from chat interfaces to dashboards to complex system visualisations — and who thrives in a fast-moving, deeply technical environment.

What we are looking for

Designers who:

n

n
- Are excited about designing for AI-native products where the interface is as much conversation as it is UI
n
- Have a bias towards action — shipping working designs quickly, iterating based on real user feedback
n
- Take ownership of design problems end-to-end: research, ideation, prototyping, UI, handoff and QA
n
- Are comfortable working directly with engineers and founders in a small, collaborative team
n
- Can design for complex domains — simplifying technical information for both IT professionals and end users
n
- Are happy to work across the full product surface: chat UX, dashboards, configuration flows, marketing pages
n




- Understand that valuable design in a startup means pragmatism — knowing when to polish and when to ship
n
- Can communicate design decisions clearly and are open to constructive feedback
n

What you will be designing

n

n
- Conversational AI support interfaces for end users
n
- IT operations dashboards for MSPs and internal IT teams
n
- Configuration and onboarding flows for new customers
n
- Integration setup experiences for third-party tools (PSA, RMM, identity providers)
n
- Marketing and brand touchpoints as needed
n

n

We work primarily with Figma for design. The product is built with React, TypeScript and Tailwind — familiarity with these is a plus but not required. You will be working closely with engineers who can pair on implementation.

Experience

n

We are looking for designers with demonstrable multi-year experience designing complex software products — ideally in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or technical platforms. Experience with AI/ML product design is a bonus.

n

Direct experience in IT services or MSP tooling is desirable but not required. If you are a great designer with a strong portfolio and a bias for action, we want to hear from you!
