The club is a vibrant facility offering a gym, fitness centre, four full‐size indoor basketball courts, boxing, martial arts, a gymnastic program and multipurpose spaces. It serves people of all ages and backgrounds.

About the Role

n

The Club Manager oversees overall management and operations of the venue, accountable for administration, operations, finance and program delivery.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operations: manage day‐to‐day operations, staff leadership, training, program coordination, quality assurance, facility and marketing initiatives.
n
- Business Growth: execute plans to generate income growth, enhance customer engagement, optimise facility use and increase revenue streams.
n
- Community Engagement: raise awareness of the PCYC mission, grow memberships, and secure fundraising and sponsorship opportunities.
n
- Stakeholder Management: build effective relationships with NSW Police, the Club Committee, venue users, local businesses and the wider community.
n
- Administration: oversee rostering, forecasting, budget management, performance reporting, funding applications and records management.
n
- Safety & Compliance: provide a child‐safe environment and conduct WHS and operational audits.

About You

n

n
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sport and recreation venue management.
n




- Business acumen and experience in operational planning or innovative business ideas.
n
- Sales drive and keen eye for prospect to grow the business.
n
- Strong networking and relationship‐building skills.
n
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
n
- First Aid and CPR qualifications, or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
n
- Commitment to the PCYC mission and values.
n
- Ability to obtain a compliant Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
n
